Aga Zaryan in Zielona Góra

Aga Zaryan is a Polish jazz singer, born in Warsaw in 1976, known for an understated vocal style and repertoire drawn from jazz standards, poetry and original compositions. Her key recordings include My Lullaby, Looking, Walking, Being and Remembering Nina & Abbey, a tribute to Nina Simone and Abbey Lincoln. She was the first Polish artist to release music through Blue Note Records. The concert album Live at Palladium documents her performing in Warsaw in the small-group jazz setting central to her stage work.
