Anssi Kela in Ylivieska

Anssi Kela is a Finnish singer-songwriter and guitarist, born in 1972, known for Finnish-language pop rock built around detailed narrative lyrics. After fronting Pekka ja Susi, he began his solo career with the 2001 album Nummela, which included “Mikan faijan BMW” and “Puistossa”; later releases produced songs such as “1972.” In 2017, he performed with rapper Redrama as Profeetat, and the collaboration reached Hartwall Arena in Helsinki for the Profeetat Areenalla concert. He also continues to perform his solo catalogue with a band at Finnish clubs and festivals, including Ruisrock in Turku and headline concerts at Tavastia.
