Apashe in Montreal

Apashe is the recording name of Belgian electronic producer and composer John De Buck. He makes bass-heavy electronic music shaped by orchestral composition, heard on the albums Renaissance and Antagonist and tracks including “Majesty,” “Lacrimosa” and “Lord & Master.” After releasing Renaissance, Apashe developed a touring production featuring live brass players alongside his electronic performance. He carried that format into the Antagonist Tour, connecting material from both albums in a concert setting. He has also performed at Tomorrowland and Electric Forest.
