Artist
Augustana is an American piano-rock band formed in San Diego in 2002 and led by singer-songwriter Dan Layus. The band is best known for “Boston,” a piano-led single from the 2005 album All the Stars and Boulevards; its catalogue also includes “Stars and Boulevards” and “Sweet and Low.” In 2007, Augustana played North American dates supporting Snow Patrol. The following year, the band appeared on dates during a co-headlining summer tour by Counting Crows and Maroon 5.
