About Balming Tiger
Balming Tiger is a South Korean music and arts collective formed in Seoul in 2018. Its experimental hip-hop and pop draw on the work of rappers, singers, producers and visual artists, including Omega Sapien, sogumm and Mudd the Student. The collective is known for “Sexy Nukim,” featuring RM of BTS, and the album January Never Dies.
Balming Tiger performed at SXSW in 2022 before touring North America and Europe in 2023 around January Never Dies. The collective reached larger festival stages in 2024, appearing at Coachella and later performing at Glastonbury Festival.
