Bart Peeters in Hasselt

Bart Peeters is a Belgian singer-songwriter, musician and television presenter, born in Mortsel in 1959. He first became known as the frontman of The Radios, whose songs include “She Goes Nana,” before building a solo catalogue of Dutch-language pop, folk and kleinkunst. His best-known solo songs include “Ik hou meer van folk,” “Lepeltjesgewijs” and “Brood voor morgenvroeg.” Bart Peeters has toured theatres across Flanders with material from albums including Slimmer dan de zanger and Brood voor morgenvroeg. He later brought the expanded Bart Peeters Deluxe concert format to the Lotto Arena in Antwerp, performing with his regular band and additional musicians.
