Belle and Sebastian are a Scottish indie-pop band formed in Glasgow in 1996 by Stuart Murdoch and Stuart David. They are known for the albums Tigermilk, If You’re Feeling Sinister and The Boy with the Arab Strap, as well as songs including “Get Me Away from Here, I’m Dying” and “The Boy with the Arab Strap.” In 1999, the group curated and performed at Bowlie Weekender in Camber Sands. They appeared at the Hollywood Bowl with the Los Angeles Philharmonic in 2006, and in 2016 they played two consecutive Royal Albert Hall concerts devoted to Tigermilk and If You’re Feeling Sinister. The group has also performed at Radio City Music Hall, a large theatre in New York. Its Sydney appearances have included the Concert Hall at the Sydney Opera House.
