Artist
Ben Schwartz is an American actor, comedian, writer and improviser born in the Bronx in 1981. He is known for playing Jean-Ralphio Saperstein in Parks and Recreation and Yasper Lennov in The Afterparty, and for voicing Sonic in the Sonic the Hedgehog films. Middleditch & Schwartz paired him with Thomas Middleditch for touring long-form improvisation, leading to three Netflix specials recorded at NYU Skirball. Ben Schwartz and Friends continues that unscripted format in theatres, using a rotating group of guest improvisers to create a complete story from an audience suggestion. The show has also been performed at Radio City Music Hall.
