Bénabar in Futuroscope Chasseneuil

Bénabar is a French singer-songwriter, born Bruno Nicolini in 1969, whose chanson and pop songs often turn everyday situations into compact narratives. He is known for songs including “Le Dîner,” “L’Effet papillon” and “Y’a une fille qu’habite chez moi,” as well as the albums Reprise des négociations and Infréquentable. He played L’Olympia in 2004, followed by the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy in 2007 during the concert cycle for Reprise des négociations. Subsequent tours built their sets around albums including Inspirée de faits réels and Indocile. He has performed his songs with a live band at Les Francofolies de La Rochelle and Le Printemps de Bourges.
