Benjamin Clementine in Melbourne

Benjamin Clementine is an English singer-songwriter, pianist and poet, born in London in 1988. His debut album, At Least for Now, won the Mercury Prize and introduced songs including “Cornerstone,” “Condolence” and “London.” He followed it with I Tell a Fly and And I Have Been. Benjamin Clementine performed in the Paris Métro and in bars around the city before his recording career. He later appeared at Glastonbury Festival in 2015, then brought the songs of I Tell a Fly to the Royal Albert Hall in 2017, keeping voice and piano at the centre of the concert.
