About Bert Visscher
Bert Visscher is a Dutch cabaret performer, comedian and actor, born in Groningen in 1960. He is known for fast-paced physical comedy, absurd characters and comic monologues. His stage programs include Jammer, Voor ons hoeft het niet and Zelden zoiets gezien.
Visscher first performed with the Groningen cabaret group Filter before taking solo programs around Dutch theatres. Desnoods geblinddoekt began that solo run; later productions included Geluk zit in hele grote dingen, Nee, dan Lourdes and Stoffe jongens. He returned in subsequent years with Afijn, Hij wordt vanzelf moe and Dat zie je een ander niet doen.
