Boppin' B are a German rock ’n’ roll and rockabilly band formed in 1985 by guitarist Golo Sturm and drummer Thomas Weiser. Initially called Boppin' Bunny & The Be Bop Boys, they also draw on ska, swing, punk and pop. VAMP Records released their first LP, Bee-Bop, in 1989; later releases include Bop Around the Pop, Rock ’n’ Roll Radio, Monkey Business and Saxbomb. The band played its first official concert under the Boppin' B name at the Irish Pub in Aschaffenburg later in 1985. In 2005, they supported Dick Brave & the Backbeats.
