Chico Pinheiro is a Brazilian guitarist, composer and arranger born in São Paulo in 1975. His recordings include Meia Noite Meio Dia, Nova, There’s a Storm Inside, Seasons and City of Dreams. He made Nova with guitarist Anthony Wilson, while Seasons featured Wilson, Julian Lage and Steve Cardenas. Dianne Reeves and Bob Mintzer appeared on There’s a Storm Inside, and City of Dreams received a nomination for Best Latin Jazz Album at the 2021 Grammy Awards.
