About Cloakroom
Cloakroom is an American rock trio formed in Northwest Indiana in 2012. Their music pairs shoegaze guitar density and slowcore pacing with the weight of doom and post-hardcore. The albums Further Out, Time Well and Dissolution Wave established that sound, while songs such as “Seedless Star” and “Lost Meaning” became central entries in their catalogue.
In 2017, Cloakroom supported Russian Circles on a North American tour, bringing their heavy, effects-laden trio format into clubs and theatres. Later performances carried material from Dissolution Wave through North America and Europe, including a run of dates with Caspian.
