Copeland in Evanston

Copeland is an American indie rock band formed in Lakeland, Florida, in 2001, led by singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Aaron Marsh. The band became known through albums including Beneath Medicine Tree, In Motion and Eat, Sleep, Repeat, as well as songs such as “Coffee,” “Control” and “Pin Your Wings.” Copeland completed a farewell tour in 2010 before reuniting and releasing Ixora in 2014. The group returned to the road after the reunion, then marked the debut album’s twentieth anniversary in 2023 by performing it on the Beneath Medicine Tree 20th Anniversary Tour.
