Dan Patlansky in Newcastle upon Tyne

Dan Patlansky is a South African guitarist, singer and songwriter from Johannesburg who plays modern blues rock. His catalogue includes the albums Dear Silence Thieves, Introvertigo, Perfection Kills and Shelter of Bones, built around his electric-guitar playing and vocals. In 2014, Dan Patlansky opened for Bruce Springsteen at FNB Stadium in Johannesburg. The following year he joined Joe Satriani as special guest on the UK leg of the Shockwave Tour, taking his band into theatres around the country in support of Satriani.
