Danny Brown in Los Angeles

Danny Brown is an American rapper from Detroit, born in 1981, who makes experimental hip-hop marked by abrasive production, dark humor and a high-pitched vocal delivery. He is known for the albums XXX, Old and Atrocity Exhibition, as well as tracks including “Grown Up,” “25 Bucks” and “Ain’t It Funny.” The 2013 Worst of Both Worlds tour paired him with electronic producer Baauer for a run of North American shows. He later mounted The Exhibition 2016 Tour in support of Atrocity Exhibition, and in 2023 he toured North America with JPEGMAFIA behind their collaborative album Scaring the Hoes.
