David Liebe Hart in Philadelphia

David Liebe Hart is an American musician, puppeteer, comedian and actor born in Chicago. He became widely known through the television series Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!, where songs including “Salame” and “Father and Son” introduced his outsider music to a broader audience. His work frequently addresses religion, extraterrestrials, trains and personal relationships. David Liebe Hart appeared on the Tim and Eric Awesome Tour before taking his own music-and-puppetry show to clubs and independent venues. His performances combine live singing, puppetry, comedy and video, often accompanied by electronic musician Jonah Mociun. Those tours have carried the show outside the United States to London and Melbourne.
