About Divanhana
Divanhana is a Bosnian sevdah ensemble formed in Sarajevo in 2009 by students from the city’s Music Academy. The group performs traditional sevdalinka in contemporary arrangements and is known for albums including Dert, Bilješke iz Šestice, Zukva and Zavrzlama.
Divanhana took this repertoire on European tours after Dert, appearing in theatres, clubs and at world-music festivals. One of the group’s concerts was documented as Live in Mostar, preserving its ensemble format in Mostar.
