Artists
Dokken is an American hard-rock and heavy-metal band formed in Los Angeles in 1978 by singer Don Dokken. The band became known through 1980s albums including Tooth and Nail, Under Lock and Key and Back for the Attack, as well as songs such as “Alone Again,” “In My Dreams” and “Dream Warriors.” Concerts in Japan in 1988 were recorded for the live album Beast from the East, and later that year Dokken joined the US Monsters of Rock stadium tour alongside Van Halen, Scorpions, Metallica and Kingdom Come. Don Dokken, George Lynch, Jeff Pilson and Mick Brown reunited for a series of shows in 2016 that included an appearance at Loud Park.
Lynch Mob is an American hard-rock band formed in 1989 by guitarist George Lynch after Dokken disbanded. The group established its sound on the 1990 debut album Wicked Sensation, featuring vocalist Oni Logan and songs including the title track and “River of Love”; the self-titled follow-up included “Tangled in the Web.” The band took Wicked Sensation on the road after its release, beginning a live history built around George Lynch’s guitar and a changing cast of singers and rhythm sections. Lynch Mob later documented its concert repertoire on REvolution Live! and returned for US club dates and hard-rock festivals, including M3 Rock Festival in Maryland.
