The group plays melodic heavy and power metal, introducing its story through the album Hey Living People and songs including “Patient Zero” and “Danger Danger”; The Dead Don’t Die continued that narrative. In 2024, DOMINUM supported Bruce Dickinson on European dates of The Mandrake Project tour, bringing the band into theatres and arenas.
