Doves are an English rock band formed in Manchester in 1998 by Jimi Goodwin and twin brothers Jez and Andy Williams. Their atmospheric alternative rock reached a wide audience through the albums Lost Souls and The Last Broadcast, and songs including “There Goes the Fear,” “Pounding” and “Black and White Town.” Doves supported Oasis at Wembley Stadium in 2000, then headlined the Other Stage at Glastonbury Festival in 2002. After stepping away from performing in 2010, they reunited onstage in 2019 for a Teenage Cancer Trust concert at the Royal Albert Hall.
