DZIDZIO in Bratislava

DZIDZIO is a Ukrainian pop group formed in 2009 in Novoiavorivsk, Lviv region. Led by singer and actor Mykhailo Khoma in the comic persona of Dzidzio, the group became known for humorous storytelling, dance-pop songs and a stylized western Ukrainian dialect. Its best-known songs include “Ялта,” “Сама-сама” and “Павук.” DZIDZIO has taken its concert show to major Ukrainian venues, including Arena Lviv and the Palace of Sports in Kyiv. The group performs with a full band, placing Khoma’s character, comic monologues and its pop catalogue at the centre of the show, a format used for its headline appearance at Kyiv’s Palace of Sports.
