Eden Brent is an American singer, songwriter and pianist from Greenville, Mississippi, who plays Delta blues, boogie-woogie and piano-led roots music. Her catalog includes the albums Mississippi Number One, Ain’t Got No Troubles and Jigsaw Heart, and her musical partnership with pianist Abie “Boogaloo” Ames was captured in the documentary Boogaloo & Eden: Sustaining the Sound.

For 16 years, Eden Brent learned from and performed with Ames, playing the Mississippi clubs where his rolling piano style had developed. In 2006, she brought that grounding to the International Blues Challenge and won its solo/duo division in Memphis.
