Fiorella Mannoia in Ragusa

Fiorella Mannoia is an Italian pop singer, born in Rome in 1954, whose recording career began in the late 1960s. Her repertoire includes “Quello che le donne non dicono,” which she performed at the Sanremo Music Festival in 1987, as well as “Come si cambia,” “Sally” and “Le parole perdute.” Sud and Combattente are among the albums that established later chapters of her catalogue. In 2016, she performed with Loredana Bertè at the Arena di Verona for Amiche in Arena, a benefit concert opposing violence against women. She subsequently toured Combattente with a full band, while the 2023 Luce concerts paired her voice with Danilo Rea at the piano. In 2024, symphony ensembles and new arrangements of her repertoire shaped the concerts billed as Fiorella Sinfonica.
