Get Well Soon in Frankfurt am Main

Get Well Soon is the German indie-rock project of singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Konstantin Gropper. Its music combines chamber pop, folk and cinematic rock arrangements; the project became known through the album Rest Now, Weary Head! You Will Get Well Soon and songs including “If This Hat Is Missing I Have Gone Hunting” and “Angry Young Man.” Later records include Vexations, The Scarlet Beast O’Seven Heads and Love. In 2008, Get Well Soon played the Crossroads Festival at Harmonie in Bonn in a performance filmed for WDR Rockpalast. At later concerts for Vexations and Love, the layered studio arrangements were performed by a full touring band led by Konstantin Gropper.
