Head for the Hills Tickets & 2026–2027 Tour Dates

Head for the Hills is an American string band formed in Fort Collins, Colorado, playing progressive bluegrass and acoustic roots music. Its recorded work includes the albums Head for the Hills, Blue Ruin and Potions and Poisons.

In 2011, Head for the Hills performed at SXSW in Austin as part of a touring schedule built around clubs and roots-music festivals. The band also played the Telluride Bluegrass Festival in Colorado and Northwest String Summit in Oregon.
