Artists
Heathen is an American thrash metal band formed in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1984. Its early albums, Breaking the Silence and Victims of Deception, established a sound built around fast riffing, melodic twin guitars and David White’s vocals; later releases include The Evolution of Chaos and Empire of the Blind. Heathen reunited in 2001 to perform at the Thrash of the Titans benefit concert at Maritime Hall. The reunion was followed by European festival appearances at Keep It True and Wacken Open Air.
Evil Invaders are a Belgian speed- and thrash-metal band formed in 2007. Their fast, riff-driven heavy metal is represented by the albums Pulses of Pleasure, Feed Me Violence and Shattering Reflection, as well as songs including “Sledgehammer Justice” and “In Deepest Black.” Graspop Metal Meeting and Alcatraz Open Air are among the Belgian festivals where the band has performed. Evil Invaders have also taken their full-band show to European clubs and to major events abroad, including Hellfest in France and Wacken Open Air in Germany.
