Heather Nova in Bristol

Heather Nova is a Bermudian singer-songwriter whose music draws on alternative rock, folk and melodic pop. She became known through the album Oyster and songs including “Walk This World” and “Maybe an Angel,” followed by Siren and “London Rain (Nothing Heals Me Like You Do).” The 1993 release Blow documented her early work as a live album. She subsequently toured extensively behind Oyster, performed on Lilith Fair in 1998 and recorded shows from the tour supporting Siren; that material became the 2000 live album Wonderlust.
