HENGE in Donostia / San Sebastian

HENGE are a British band formed in Manchester, playing psychedelic electronic rock with techno rhythms and describing their music as “cosmic dross.” Their records include Attention Earth!, ExoKosm and Wanderlust, while songs such as “In Praise of Water,” “Get a Wriggle On” and “Valerian Tea” introduce their extraterrestrial mythology. In 2018, HENGE won Best Live Act at the Independent Festival Awards, reflecting the costumed, character-led concerts at the centre of the project. The full band performs in alien guises and has presented the show at Glastonbury Festival, Boomtown Fair and Bluedot Festival.
