Hey Rosetta! & The Barr Brothers in Hubbards

Hey Rosetta! was a Canadian indie rock band formed in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, in 2005 around singer, pianist and guitarist Tim Baker. Its lineup combined guitars, bass and drums with violin and cello. The band released four studio albums: Plan Your Escape, Into Your Lungs, Seeds and Second Sight. Into Your Lungs and Seeds were shortlisted for the Polaris Music Prize. The band toured Canada, the United States, Europe and Australia, and performed at Lollapalooza and Bonnaroo. It also joined Mumford & Sons’ Gentleman of the Road tour. In 2017, the group announced an indefinite hiatus.

The Barr Brothers are a Canadian folk-rock band formed in Montreal by brothers Brad and Andrew Barr and harpist Sarah Pagé. Their self-titled debut introduced “Beggar in the Morning,” while Sleeping Operator brought “Even the Darkness Has Arms” and “Love Ain’t Enough”; Queens of the Breakers followed with “You Would Have to Lose Your Mind.” The Barr Brothers performed at the Newport Folk Festival in 2015 during the touring cycle for Sleeping Operator. That period also included an NPR Tiny Desk Concert, which documented their core live arrangement: Brad Barr on guitar and vocals, Andrew Barr on drums and Sarah Pagé on harp.
