Howling Bells in London

Howling Bells are an Australian indie-rock band formed in Sydney in 2004 and later based in London. Led by singer and guitarist Juanita Stein, they became known through their self-titled debut album and songs including “Low Happening,” “Setting Sun” and “Wishing Stone.” Their later albums include Radio Wars, The Loudest Engine and Heartstrings. Howling Bells supported Coldplay on the X&Y Tour, taking material from their debut into arenas. They also toured with The Killers during the Sam’s Town era and appeared at Glastonbury before performing at Reading and Leeds.
