Iron Lung in Los Angeles

Iron Lung is an American powerviolence duo formed in Reno, Nevada, in 1999 and later based in Seattle. Drummer Jensen Ward and guitarist Jon Kortland both provide vocals, building brief, abrasive songs around sudden tempo changes. Their principal albums include Life. Iron Lung. Death., Sexless // No Sex and White Glove Test. Iron Lung have taken their guitar-and-drums lineup through DIY venues and hardcore festivals in North America, Europe, Australia and Japan. In 2013, the duo performed at Roadburn Festival in Tilburg.
