About Jason Donovan
Jason Donovan is an Australian pop singer and actor, born in Melbourne in 1968. He became widely known as Scott Robinson in the television soap Neighbours before recording hits including “Too Many Broken Hearts,” “Sealed with a Kiss” and “Especially for You,” his duet with Kylie Minogue. His debut album, Ten Good Reasons, established the central repertoire of his pop career.
In 1991 he took the title role in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the London Palladium, beginning a substantial parallel career in musical theatre. He later returned to his early pop catalogue on the Doin’ Fine 25 tour in 2015, followed by the Ten Good Reasons & Greatest Hits Tour in 2016, both built for seated theatres around the UK.
