About Jeremy Loops
Jeremy Loops is a South African singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Cape Town who plays folk-pop with elements of hip-hop, funk and soul. He became known through the album Trading Change and songs including “Down South” and “Gold,” followed by the records Critical as Water and Heard You Got Love.
Jeremy Loops toured Europe as support for Twenty One Pilots, then opened Ed Sheeran’s 2019 stadium concerts in Cape Town and Johannesburg. His headline shows use live looping to layer guitar, harmonica, percussion and vocals around a touring band, a format he has presented at London’s O2 Academy Brixton.
