Jesper Munk in Marburg

Jesper Munk is a German singer, songwriter and guitarist born in Munich in 1992. His music draws on blues, soul and blues rock, and he became known through the albums For in My Way and Claim, which includes “Morning Coffee” and “Courage for Love.” His later records include Favourite Stranger and Taped Heart Sounds. In 2013, he opened concerts for Eric Burdon, bringing his early material to audiences beyond the Munich club circuit. The following year, he performed at the Crossroads Festival in Bonn, where the concert was recorded for WDR Rockpalast.
