About John Heffron
John Heffron is an American stand-up comedian raised in Michigan. His routines draw on adolescence, marriage, family life and the frustrations of adulthood; he is best known for winning the second season of NBC’s Last Comic Standing and for the stand-up special Middle Class Funny.
He began performing at Main Street Comedy Showcase in Ann Arbor while attending Eastern Michigan University. After developing his act there, he became a headliner at comedy clubs across the United States and advanced through the performance rounds of Last Comic Standing to win the show’s second season.
