About Joshua Bassett
Joshua Bassett is an American singer-songwriter and actor, born in Oceanside, California, in 2000. He became widely known as Ricky Bowen in High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, then established his pop catalogue through songs including “Lie Lie Lie,” “Only a Matter of Time” and “Set Me Free.” His debut album, The Golden Years, followed a run of EPs and singles.
The Complicated Tour in 2023 took him to theatres across North America and Europe. The Golden Years Tour followed in 2024 and included a New York performance at Radio City Music Hall.
