About JP Harris

JP Harris is an Alabama-born American singer-songwriter who plays traditional country and honky-tonk. He first recorded as JP Harris and the Tough Choices on I'll Keep Calling, then released albums including Home Is Where the Hurt Is, Sometimes Dogs Bark at Nothing and the old-time collection Don't You Marry No Railroad Man.

JP Harris took the Tough Choices on the road behind his early country records, playing clubs and theatres in the United States and Europe. His live work later included an appearance on the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville.
