Killswitch Engage in Towradgi

Killswitch Engage are an American metalcore band formed in Westfield, Massachusetts, in 1999. Their music is built on melodic guitar riffs, hardcore rhythms and alternating screamed and clean vocals. Albums including Alive or Just Breathing, The End of Heartache and As Daylight Dies produced signature songs such as “My Last Serenade,” “The End of Heartache” and “My Curse.” In 2012, the band performed Alive or Just Breathing in full on a tenth-anniversary US tour following vocalist Jesse Leach’s return. Killswitch Engage then co-headlined a North American tour alongside Parkway Drive in 2019, while the Atonement Tour followed in 2022, joined by August Burns Red and Light the Torch. Beyond their Massachusetts base, the band has taken its live set to Download Festival at Donington Park and Germany’s Wacken Open Air.

Sylosis are a British metal band formed in Reading in 2000, led by guitarist and vocalist Josh Middleton. They play thrash metal and melodic death metal, and are known for albums including Edge of the Earth, Monolith and Dormant Heart, as well as songs such as “Empyreal” and “Heavy Is the Crown.” In 2013, Sylosis toured North America with Trivium and DevilDriver until an RV crash injured members of the touring party and ended their run. They returned to the stage at Download Pilot in 2021, then undertook a UK and Ireland headline tour in 2024 that included the Electric Ballroom in London.
