Kiyoshi Hikawa is a Japanese singer born in Fukuoka in 1977, known primarily for enka and kayōkyoku. He debuted with “Hakone Hachiri no Hanjirō” in 2000 and later recorded “Kiyoshi no Zundoko Bushi,” while “Genkai Toppa × Survivor” introduced his voice to anime audiences through Dragon Ball Super. Beginning in 2001, the Kiyoshi Hikawa Special Concert: Kiyoshi Kono Yoru series established an annual December engagement at Tokyo International Forum. He marked the 20th anniversary of his debut with concerts at Nippon Budokan in 2019.
