Artist
Paveier are a German carnival band formed in Cologne in 1983, playing pop-rock in the Kölsch dialect. Their best-known songs include “Leev Marie” and “Schön ist das Leben,” both written for the communal singing and dancing central to Rhineland carnival music. Paveier have long performed throughout the annual carnival season, including repeated appearances at the Lachende Kölnarena in Lanxess Arena. In 2023, the band celebrated its 40th anniversary with an open-air concert at Tanzbrunnen.
