Artist
Trio con Brio Copenhagen is a Danish chamber ensemble formed in Vienna in 1999 and based in Copenhagen. Its members are violinist Soo-Jin Hong, cellist Soo-Kyung Hong and pianist Jens Elvekjaer. The trio is known for its interpretations and recordings of music by Beethoven, Mendelssohn and contemporary Danish composers. Trio con Brio Copenhagen has performed at Carnegie Hall in New York and Wigmore Hall in London. The musicians have also taken their piano-trio repertoire to the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam and the Seoul Arts Center.
