Artist
Kwoon is a French post-rock project founded in Paris in 2006 by multi-instrumentalist Sandy Lavallart. Atmospheric guitars, ambient passages and shoegaze textures shape albums including Tales and Dreams and When the Flowers Were Singing; “I Lived on the Moon” became the project’s signature song. In 2021, Lavallart spent several days at the isolated Tévennec lighthouse off Brittany and recorded Kwoon performing “King of Sea” on its roof. The project later brought its guitar-led live set to Hellfest in Clisson.
