Stefan Andersson in Gothenburg

Stefan Andersson is a Swedish singer-songwriter and guitarist, born in Gothenburg in 1967, whose music ranges across pop and rock in English and Swedish. He became known through his debut album Emperors’ Day and the song “Catch the Moon,” while later works such as Marstrandsfånge No. 90 Kleist drew on episodes from Scandinavian history. At Carlsten Fortress in Marstrand, he has repeatedly presented song-led historical productions, including Marstrandsfånge No. 90 Kleist and Teaterkungen. These performances combine a band, original songs and spoken narration. He later presented the historical music production Made in China at Kajskjul 8.
