La Joaqui in Buenos Aires

La Joaqui is an Argentine singer and rapper from Mar del Plata whose music draws on RKT, turreo and Latin urban pop. She came out of the freestyle-battle circuit and is known for tracks including “Butakera,” “Dos Besitos” and “Muñecas,” her collaboration with TINI and Steve Aoki. La Joaqui competed in Argentina’s freestyle battles as a teenager and qualified for the national final of Red Bull Batalla de los Gallos. She later carried that performance experience into RKT concerts, including a headline show at Luna Park in Buenos Aires.
