Marcela Morelo in Buenos Aires

Marcela Morelo is an Argentine singer-songwriter whose music draws on Latin pop, cumbia and folk rhythms. Her debut album, Manantial, introduced songs including “La fuerza del engaño” and “Corazón salvaje”; “Ponernos de acuerdo” became another signature part of her catalogue. In 2022, she marked 25 years since Manantial with an anniversary concert devoted to songs from across her recording career. The retrospective brought that catalogue to Teatro Gran Rex in Buenos Aires.
