Leprous in Tromsø

Leprous are a Norwegian progressive metal and rock band formed in Notodden in 2001. Led by vocalist and keyboardist Einar Solberg, they are known for rhythmically intricate writing, prominent keyboards and albums including Bilateral, The Congregation, Malina and Pitfalls. “The Price,” “From the Flame” and “Below” are among their best-known songs. Leprous spent several years performing as Ihsahn’s live backing band while also developing their own concert catalogue. In 2016, they filmed and recorded a headlining show at Rockefeller Music Hall in Oslo, later released as Live at Rockefeller Music Hall. Subsequent headline tours reached theatres and clubs in Europe and North America, while festival appearances included Hellfest and Wacken Open Air.
