Leveret in Sheffield

Leveret are an English folk trio formed in 2014 by melodeon player Andy Cutting, fiddler Sam Sweeney and concertina player Rob Harbron. They play instrumental music rooted in the English tradition, drawing on old dance tunes and original compositions across albums including New Anything, In the Round and Diversions. Leveret have performed at Kings Place in London and appeared at Cambridge Folk Festival during their UK concert work. Their shows use fiddle, melodeon and concertina, with the three musicians shaping tunes through spontaneous interplay, an approach also heard in their performances at Sidmouth FolkWeek.
