Liv Kristine in Nagold

Liv Kristine is a Norwegian singer born in Stavanger in 1976, known for her work with gothic metal bands Theatre of Tragedy and Leaves’ Eyes as well as her solo recordings. Her clean soprano shaped albums including Theatre of Tragedy’s Velvet Darkness They Fear and Aégis, and Leaves’ Eyes releases Lovelorn and Vinland Saga. Her solo catalogue began with Deus ex Machina, while her guest vocal on Cradle of Filth’s “Nymphetamine” brought her voice to another major metal audience. With Theatre of Tragedy, she performed at Dynamo Open Air in 1997 during the touring cycle around Velvet Darkness They Fear. She later toured extensively with Leaves’ Eyes and performed with the band at Wacken Open Air and Belgium’s Metal Female Voices Fest.
